Politics and government, throughout the ages, has always been funny. What better way to spend the night after the midterm elections than convulsed in laughter, and a little bit smarter? The Forum on Law, Culture & Society, in collaboration with The Friars Club, is hosting an evening of political humor and commentary, focusing on the midterm elections, the 2016 presidential election and our present political moment. Comedians, political leaders and political journalists will appear on stage in discussion or perform a short set.
Guests include Judy Gold, Steve Israel, Gale Brewer, Scott Blakeman, Randy Credico and John Fugelsang among others.
*Tickets are $89 and include dinner, the show and 2 drinks at The Friars Club, one of the most iconic clubs in New York City.
**The fun begins at 5:30pm with cocktails, followed by dinner at 6:00pm and the show to begin at 8:00pm.
