The Forum on Life, Culture & Society (FOLCS) is a non-profit based at Touro College that is committed to providing educational, entertaining, and engaging public programming on the important issues of the day. We aim to foster conversations and educate the public on matters of justice, human rights, and civil society by bringing together influential artists, government leaders, and intellectuals in an engaging, civic-minded setting. Our events stand at the intersection of law and culture, encouraging discussion about the way legal matters influence society and the artistic imagination. We illuminate political and legal issues by bringing them to the public square.
FOLCS is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization and contributions are tax-deductible. All donations go directly to cover administrative, operational, and programming expenses.
